As an Operations Associate you will be a detail-oriented executor who handles recurring operational responsibilities for clients and our team. This includes gaining deep familiarity with standard operating procedures, providing cross-functional support to both our internal and external partners, and exercising exemplary problem solving and conflict resolution skills. What you'll do:- Utilize proprietary software to create, manage and support loads for the company's drayage solution
- Ensure clean, complete, and accurate data is entered into our systems and tracked appropriately
- Reduce demurrage, detention, and other port logistics inefficiencies
- Handle inbound and outbound communications with customers and drivers and properly escalate trouble tickets
- Identify and surface trends, optimize processes, and collaborate with managers to recommend feature enhancements that enable 10x scale
- Respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders and external customers by using knowledge of internal tech product and local market dynamics
- Detail Oriented - accurate and efficient management of containers requires attention to detail

- At least 2 years operational experience in a tech enabled environment
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) & GSuite
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth oriented environment
- You are team player that is biased to action and willing to jump in to do whatever it takes to deliver
- Demonstrated knowledge of the supply-chain/logistics industry
- You posses mathematical and problem solving skills and are comfortable working with data sets
- You are skilled at balancing urgent versus important requests, can operate autonomously, and flourish with ambiguity
- Compensation: The base salary range for the full-time position is $42,000 - $68,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary bands are determined by role, level and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries across all US locations. Individual pay will be determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, relevant education, and location. Please note that the compensation details in the posting reflect the base salary only, and do not include equity or benefits.
